TVM TRADING HOUSE - audit, stabilisation and production optimisation
Format: Production enterprise (seed processing, production of virgin oil).
Location: Stryzhavka village, Vinnitsa region, Ukraine.
Realisation period: 1 month
Task:
To audit all internal departments of the mill, identify causes of system failures and propose sustainable solutions to eliminate emergency risks and improve efficiency.
What was done:
- Audited the receiving laboratory, storage facilities, production shops, engineering and administrative block
- Identified causes of frequent equipment failures 
- Maintenance plans and work schedules were developed
- A system for controlling the flow of spare parts and movements was implemented 
- Checklists and instructions by areas of responsibility were introduced
- Personnel turnover was carried out and measures for validation of tasks were proposed
Result:
The plant received a complete technical and organisational diagnosis. Critical failures were eliminated, process controllability was restored, downtime and accidents were reduced. The owner continued co-operation in the format of operational support.
